Every seed needs the right conditions to grow. I create those conditions — through mentorship for young girls and coaching for the founders, managers, and leaders building children's programming.
What I Believe
A poppy seed can lie dormant in the soil for decades — waiting for the right conditions to bloom.
Girls carry that same untapped potential. So do the leaders who pour themselves into building something meaningful for kids. My work isn't about adding more to an already full plate — it's about clearing space and disturbing the soil, so what's already there can finally grow.
